We started our journey 14 years ago and since then have grown to become a one-window operation for apparel and textile sourcing. We provide a seamless, tailored experience for each client, and handle every aspect of the supply chain ranging from research and development of products to quality assurance. Our end products range from bedding and home goods to workwear and the latest in fashion.
What we offer
Costing
We build the foundations of your project, as well as adding in checks and balances, with the help of our costing and sampling experts. Speed and accuracy are important to us, so you will receive your RFQ within 24-48 hours of your request. All quotes will come from our hand-picked pool of specialized vendors.
Sampling
With our sample service, you're with us from the drawing board. We assist in making prototypes, arrange photoshoots, and create tech packs according to your needs. This keeps you in control of the process while enabling quick progression towards order finalization.
Manufacturing
Direct contact with a vendor can carry a risk if you're not familiar with the market We screen our vendors closely with PIA, VSR, and spot checks on the factory floor. We make sure all necessary ethical and safety guidelines are in place. We also verify sub-vendor businesses, including spinning mills, processing units, printers, and sewing units.
Production Management
We keep you updated constantly through each stage of the supply chain. Our teams are sent daily to the factory floor to oversee production so that we can ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page.
Quality Assurance
Our QA team is actively involved throughout production, from the pattern and trim approvals to testing. Daily audits allow us to get the results you require. Any issues during production are controlled through frequent DUPRO audits and follow up with a pre-final and final inspection of goods. Third-party inspections through Intertek, SGS, or similar internationally recognized authorities help us to ensure consistency.
Logistics & Shipping
Our shipping department organizes all cargo movements based on a customer-nominated consignment forwarder/ carrier or a reliable carrier of our choice. We go the extra mile making sure that cargo is swiftly transported to the end destination, closely monitoring it till it reaches you.
